    KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Salve Regina senior Lindsay DelGrego (Wallingford, Conn.) reached base twice on walks but Plattsburgh pitchers Rhea Pitkin and Taylor Smith combined to no-hit the Seahawks in their final game in Florida, 16-1 in five innings, at Osceola County Softball Complex. In an earlier game, William Paterson downed Salve Regina, 8-3, with junior outfielder Lindsey Florent (New Bedford, Mass.) collecting a single, triple, and run scored.

    KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Salve Regina University freshman Jaycee Garrigan (Uxbridge, Mass.) launched a three-run blast to left center in the top of the third inning of her team's second game today to highlight the Seahawk offensive output. Salve Regina (1-7) lost to Marietta College, 11-7, and later to Ithaca College, 9-3, in its second to last day in the Sunkissed Games. The Seahawks play William Paterson (9 a.m.) and Plattsburgh (11:30 a.m.) on Saturday.

    KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Salve Regina University softball got blanked in one game before scoring eight runs in the next, yet dropped a pair at Osceola Softball Complex with a 3-0 decision against Rowan University and a 16-8 setback in six innings to Skidmore College.

    KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Salve Regina University softball (1-3) scored seven runs in the first two innings against previously undefeated Kean University (6-1) before finishing in five innings with a 9-1 victory. In the later game, Haverford College (4-1) plated 10 runs in the first inning before finishing with an 11-3 triumph over Salve Regina at Osceola Softball Complex.

    KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Salve Regina University softball opened its 2018 in Florida with a pair of games against New England non-conference schools this morning. The Seahawks got behind early in both before their bats woke up in the later innings, eventually losing their opener to Trinity, 8-4, and the next game to Springfield in eight innings, 6-5.
