Seahawks have six named All-American Scholars by AHCA

NEWPORT, R.I. – The Salve Regina University women's ice hockey team saw six student athletes named to the America Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) All-American Scholars list, which was announced by the AHCA earlier this week.

Alexandra Anderson (San Anselmo, Calif.), Kylee Babcock (Reading, Mass.), Taylor Chisholm (Discovery Bay, Calif.), Erika Martin (Berkley, Mass.), Brooke Morgan (Grantham, N.H.), Abbey Weisrock (Hartland, Wisc.) were all named to the list.

To be eligible for the list, a student-athlete must have an average GPA of at least 3.6 and participated in 40 percent or more of the teams' games during the 2016-17 season.
